FAQS

Watches FAQs

1. What does the 1-Year Machine Warranty cover?

Our 1-Year Machine Warranty covers internal machinery, movement defects, and battery/timekeeping issues under normal operational use. It does not cover external physical wear (scratches on glass or case, worn straps) or damage caused by water exposure beyond rated water resistance.

2. Are TRINEX watches water-resistant?

Most of our watches feature 3ATM / 30m water resistance, which protects against everyday splashes, light rain, and handwashing. We advise against swimming, showering, or submerging the watch in water to maintain the integrity of the internal seal.

3. How do I adjust the strap or mesh band size?

  • Leather & Silicone: Adjust using the standard buckle pin holes.

  • Stainless Steel Mesh: Features a slide-lock clasp that can be easily adjusted at home using a small tool or coin without removing links.

  • Link Metal Straps: Links can be removed at any local watch shop or adjusted using a watch pin removal tool.

4. How long does the watch battery last?

Our quartz movements come with pre-installed Japanese batteries designed to last 1.5 to 2 years under standard daily use.

Sunglasses & Eyewear FAQs

1. Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?

Yes. All TRINEX sunglasses feature UV400 protection, blocking 99%–100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays to protect your eyes from sun strain and damage.

2. What is the difference between Polarized and Non-Polarized lenses?

  • Polarized Lenses: Contain a special filter that reduces harsh glare reflected off water, windshields, and road surfaces. Ideal for driving, outdoor sports, and high-glare environments.

  • Non-Polarized (UV400): Protect fully against UV rays while maintaining clear screen visibility (e.g., viewing phone screens without rainbow patterns).

3. How do I know if the frame size will fit my face shape?

Each product page lists specific dimensions (Lens Width, Bridge Width, and Temple Length). As a general guide:

  • Square / Rectangular Frames: Best for round or oval face shapes.

  • Round / Oval Frames: Great for strong jawlines and square face shapes.

  • Aviator & Wayfarer: Versatile styles designed to complement almost all face shapes.

4. How should I store and clean my sunglasses?

Always store your glasses inside the protective TRINEX pouch/case when not in use. Clean lenses using the provided microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels or shirt fabric, which can cause micro-scratches on the lens coatings.

Fragrances & Perfumes FAQs

1. What is the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?

The main difference is the perfume oil concentration:

  • Eau de Parfum (EDP): Contains 15%–20% fragrance oil concentration, lasting typically 6 to 8 hours.

  • Eau de Toilette (EDT): Contains 5%–15% fragrance oil concentration, offering a lighter scent profile that lasts 4 to 6 hours.

2. How can I make my fragrance last longer on my skin?

  • Apply perfume right after a shower onto moist skin.

  • Spray directly onto pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears, inner elbows).

  • Do not rub your wrists together after spraying; rubbing breaks down top-note molecules, reducing scent longevity.

  • Apply a light layer of unscented moisturizer or petroleum jelly to pulse points before spraying.

3. How should I store my perfume bottles?

Store your fragrances in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat (e.g., inside a wardrobe or bedroom drawer rather than a humid bathroom). Proper storage preserves the original scent profile for years.

4. Can I return a perfume bottle if I don't like the scent?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or sprayed fragrance bottles cannot be returned. We encourage checking scent notes on the product description before ordering, or inspecting sealed packaging upon delivery.
