2. Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your destination and the size/quantity of your order:

Location	Estimated Shipping Charge
Inside Dhaka City	৳70 – ৳80
Outside Dhaka	৳100 – ৳150 (depending on location & order weight/quantity)

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Inside Dhaka: 24 to 48 hours after order processing.
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 4 business days after order dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, national holidays, or courier disruptions.

4. Package Inspection & Damaged / Faulty Items Policy

Please read this carefully before receiving your package:

Check Before Payment (In Front of Delivery Agent):
- You are strongly requested to open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person.
- Verify that the item is intact, undamaged, and matches your order details.
If You Receive a Damaged, Faulty, or Broken Item:
- Do not accept the parcel if the item is physically damaged or broken. Hand it back to the delivery agent immediately.
- Take a clear picture or video of the damaged product and package label.
- Notify our team immediately via WhatsApp at +880 1629-856389 or email us at info@trinexbd.com.
Important Note:
- Claims for damaged, broken, or missing items reported after the delivery person has left without an unboxing video or on-the-spot inspection will not be eligible for a replacement or return.

5. Order Tracking & Inquiries

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS containing a tracking code. You can track your shipment directly on the respective courier website (Pathao, Steadfast, or REDX).
